New Vintage (style) Album

This album was really fun to work on! It is made of paper bags that have been sewn down the middle.

Then holes are punched along your sewn "binding" and ribbons are threaded through, and tied. I usually create the cover of the album, front and back, first.

The pages are then decorated as you wish...

This one is made from three bags, 8" wide at the bottom. Finished, it is almost 8"x8".

The ends of the bags that are open are used as a pocket that encloses a pull-out for more photos.

I also usually add a number of pockets inside the album for keepsakes and whatnot.

Add lots of details for pretty pages in whatever theme you choose.

The pages with no pocket on the side I open up the top with an exacto and then use them as a pocket also. I line the pockets with paper to make sliding the pull-outs in and out easier.

This is one of the pull-outs. If you do a layout for each side you can add photos to each side. I am all for more pictures!

This album uses mostly Graphic 45 papers, Prima flowers, ribbons, some Prima rhinestones, pearls, and some pretties I purchased on ebay!
